Steps

1. A technician completes a service and uploads the pool photo.
2. The image is analyzed and a green/algae condition is flagged automatically.
3. Flagged pools surface in Green Pool Alerts and in the dashboard.
4. The office reviews the list and schedules follow-up before it becomes a complaint.

Tips

• If AI is unavailable, a built-in image heuristic still provides a fallback check.
