Configuring Poolly
Administrators control how Poolly behaves: which data tools each role can use, default language, model, persona and safety options.
Where to access
Open Settings, then the AI tab, and the AI Assistant (Poolly) section.

How it works
- Turn Poolly on or off, and pick the default widget language (auto, Portuguese or English).
- Enable or disable the available data tools per role (technician, admin, client portal).
- Optionally set a model override, a persona addendum and custom knowledge-base notes for your company.
- Set the per-minute rate limit, enable routing telemetry, and optionally allow confirmed write actions.
Tips
- Replies always mirror the user's question language regardless of the default; the language setting only affects the widget labels and greeting.
- Write actions stay off until you enable them, and even then Poolly only acts after the user confirms.
