Poolly is the built-in AI assistant available across the Admin panel, the Pool Tech app and the Client Portal. Ask a question in plain language and Poolly answers using your real, live data.
Where to access
Open Poolly from the floating chat button in the bottom corner of the Admin panel, the Tech app and the Client Portal.

How it works
- Tap the chat button and type your question, or tap the microphone to speak.
- Poolly understands what you need, looks up the relevant data and answers directly, often with a link to open the exact screen.
- It replies in the same language you used: ask in Portuguese and it answers in Portuguese; ask in English and it answers in English.
- Use the history button to reopen past conversations, or start a new one any time.
Tips
- Poolly only shows data you already have permission to see, and by default it is read-only: it never changes anything unless your administrator enables confirmed actions.
